Team Leader - International Payroll (Copy)

International Payroll Team Leader | £65K + 5% Completion Bonus | Holborn (Hybrid, 3 Days Office)

We’re seeking an experienced International Payroll Team Leader to oversee global payroll operations for a high-profile business on a 15-month maternity cover contract.

This role offers the chance to manage complex multi-country payrolls, lead process improvements, and work closely with HR and Finance teams across international offices.

Location : Holborn, (3 days office : Mon–Wed)

Salary : £60,000 + 5% completion bonus

Hours : 9am–5pm

Contract : 15 months FTC

What We’re Looking For :

Proven international payroll experience (essential).

CIPP qualification preferred.

Experience with ADP Streamline highly desirable.

Knowledge of Shadow Payroll operations is an advantage.

Strong reconciliation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Familiarity with Workday, Cintra, ADP, Neeyamo, or NetSuite a bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Lead international payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions.

Upload and validate monthly payroll data into ADP Streamline, ensuring accuracy.

Manage payroll authorisations and respond to Global Payroll Manager queries.

Handle net pay transactions and employee payroll-related queries (salary, benefits, tax, social security).
