Mercury Hampton is searching for a results-orientedAppointment Setter / New Business Sales Specialistto join its award-winning team. Role Overview

As anAppointment Setter / New Business Sales Specialist, responsibilities include :

Identifying and reaching out to potential clients across international STEM markets to introduce Mercury Hamptons talent solutions.

Qualifying leads and building strong relationships with decision-makers, fuelling the pipeline for the business development team.

Securing high-quality appointments and meetings for recruitment consultants and senior sales staff.

Utilizing next-generation digital tools and automation to optimize outreach and engagement.

Understanding client needs and providing information on Mercury Hamptons full service offering.

Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will demonstrate :

Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.

A results-driven, consultative approach and strong communication skills.

The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, combined with excellent organization.

High levels of ambition, motivation, and resilience in a dynamic, target-focused environment.
