This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-run M&E business based in Sittingbourne. You will play a key role in overseeing the commercial management of large-scale projects, ensuring financial control and successful delivery. The role offers the chance to work closely with project teams, clients, and senior management, contributing to the growth and continued success of the business.

This is working Monday to Friday 8am 5pm.

Key Responsibilities for

M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Oversee the commercial management of mechanical and electrical (M&E) packages from pre-construction through to final account.
• Manage the procurement of subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist M&E service providers.
• Prepare valuations, undertake cost forecasting, manage variations, and provide clear reports to senior management.
