Job description

Are you eager about making a difference in the lives of young adults? We have an opportunity for a female Support Worker to join us in our independent living model in Southbourne.

You'll be supporting seven vibrant residents—three females and four males. Each person lives in their own self-contained flat.

A Genuine Occupational Requirement applies under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010. This role is therefore only open to females, referring to the sex legally assigned at birth.

The Role :

Aspire offers young adults a vital transition from living at home to achieving independence. As a Support Worker, you’ll provide day-to-day support tailored to the needs of each resident. The people you’ll be working with may have Autism, ADHD, or other associated learning needs and your support will play a key role in helping them build confidence and essential life skills.

​Hours of work​

This role would include a range of shifts between 7am – 10pm

You would be required to work alternate weekends and provide sleep ins (sleep ins come with an additional payment)
