Job Description
We are looking for a Property and Technical Manager to join the LGH team, in this role you will be responsible for is to ensure that the end to end approach to asset management is robust and delivers the best commercial and quality outcomes to the business and its customers.You'll have the opportunity to use your expertise in residential housing, to work internally and with managing agents, gathering and reviewing data so that we can gain a more thorough understanding of the buildings and assets that we have. As the role evolves, you will work to establish a baseline for the business, as well as using your information and expertise will play a part in advising on future acquisitions.Duties include :
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need to be a self starter than can work under your own initiative. As we are still scaling up as a business, you'll be curious and creative to help shape this role and the department as it continues to grow. Due to the variety of stakeholders you'll have, you'll need to have expertise in this area, and the confidence to communicate and negotiate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
