Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team in the Barnsley branch!

Due to investment and growth, we require an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team of recruiters in our Barnsley Office. Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Recruitment Consultant will take full responsibility for growing our secondary school client base and provide full recruitment solutions to our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities of Recruitment Consultant :

  • Manage all aspects of new business development within your sector
  • Service our existing client portfolio
  • Manage the day-to-day running of your diary

  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators

    • What we are looking for in the successful candidate :

  • A self motivated individual with a relentless drive for personal improvement and company growth.
  • A track record of excellence within educational recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • 2 years experience of working in the education recruitment sector.
  • An aptitude for financials and figures.
  • Able use technology to work more efficiently and effectively.
  • A full drivers licence
