Business Manager

Our client requires a Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their successful sales department in the Pontypridd area

Working for an Automotive car dealership, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this Volume Brand.

You can expect On Target Earnings of £60000 with a base salary of £20000.

Basic salary up to £20,000 per annum pending experience.

Uncapped annual on-target earnings of £60,000+ per annum based upon finance and insurance sales performance.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off every other week and a half-day every other week. 1 in 7 Sundays required remotely for reporting purposes for a couple of hours, which will provide another half day off in the following week. Duties :

Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation

Monitoring Finance and Insurance performance against company budget

Supporting the Car Sales staff on a daily basis

Build a rapport with Customers Requirements :

Have a previous experience within a Dealership environment

Excellent Customer Service Skills

A proven Career History as a Business / Transaction Manager– with figures to prove it
