Residential Conveyancer

With a strong structure in place and real investment in people and process, this is a firm where conveyancers are empowered to focus on what they do best, the legal work.

You’ll handle a full residential caseload (excluding shared ownership) with support from your own legal assistant and paralegal, and benefit from centralised teams for onboarding, compliance, title reporting, and post‑completion. Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC (file sign‑off required)
• Experience handling a full residential property caseload
• Background in high‑performance or customer‑focused environments
• Positive, hardworking, and client‑focused approach
• Comfortable working from the office and contributing to team culture
