Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the newly formed Configuration Management (CM) department.
- Act as gatekeeper to all tasks submitted to Configuration Management.
- Deputise for the Configuration Engineers where required.
- Provide a Status Accounting & Reporting service of active CM tasks to the business to ISO10007.
- Provide help & guidance to users on CM process.
- Support Continuous Improvement.
Location and hours
Configuration Co-ordinator will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role does require being onsite 3-4 days a week.
Salary
The salary for this role is circa £30k, depending on experience.
What you’ll need
Previous experience of Configuration Management or a relevant discipline is advantageous.Methodical approach with strong attention to detail.Computer literate & proficient in the use of the Microsoft toolset.CM2 accreditation or qualification in a relevant discipline is advantageous.Previous experience of PLM & ERP systems is advantageous; however, full training can be provided.Previous experience of working within the defence sector would be desirable.About Our Company
