Job Description :

Are you a hands-on Maintenance or Facilities Manager experienced in managing premium residential or commercial buildings, seeking your next leadership opportunity? This role offers autonomy, variety, and stability across multiple high-spec properties in a customer-facing environment.

You will oversee daily operations at two central London sites, leading a team of 8-12 engineers, managing contractors, schedules, compliance, and training. The role requires strong communication, technical expertise, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, high standards environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities or maintenance management, a good understanding of building systems, and the ability to manage operations across multiple sites.
