Gi Group are recruiting on behalf of Butchers Pet food in Crick. We are looking for Warehouse operatives who have in date and valid Counterbalance licences.

Working Monday to Friday 10pm-6am

Key roles and responsibilities

• Loading, picking, packing and dispatching our products
• Driving a counterbalance
• Physical picking
• Work occasionally in the freezer or chiller area
• Work to set deadlines to ensure we never miss a customer order
• Maintaining hygiene standards as we are a food factory. Full training will be given to work to expected standards
• You will be expected to help your colleagues out when they need support, speak with managers and colleagues about how we can improve things and keep waste to a minimum
