Overview

Location : Broadstairs

Salary : £12.21 an hour

Duration : Temporary to ongoing

We have an opportunity in Broadstairs for a Fitter's Mate to work for a large manufacturer. The role is on a temporary to ongoing basis with Monday to Friday work, approximately 40 hours per week. Hours may vary and overtime may be available at an overtime rate. Flexibility is required with potential travel to different UK clients (travel provided).

Safety and efficiency procedures should be followed to ensure operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Engineers with the installation of products
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting
  • Travelling to different clients within the UK (Travel provided)
  • Use written and verbal instructions to perform necessary tasks
  • Follow established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly

Qualifications / Person Specification

  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have a valid CSCS card
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence
  • Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift heavy items
