Our elite US law firm client is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to guide and support learning and development initiatives for lawyers and business services professionals across the firm’s European and Asia Pacific offices.

Key Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Coordinator :
Assist with the coordination of training programmes and professional development initiatives for lawyers and business professionals in Europe and APACSupport the organisation and implementation of the London Trainee Orientation Programme, and Trainee Skills Development ProgrammeManage programme and meeting logistics including recruiting presents, scheduling sessions, coordinating room set-up etc.Monitor and track SRA training records for Trainee SolicitorsMaintain Continuing Competence compliance records for all England & Wales Solicitors and Registered Foreign LawyersMonitor and support compliance with all applicable continuing professional education requirements for lawyers in Europe and APACSolicit and analyse feedback and data for firmwide conferences, local and regional programmes, and professional development initiativesSkills & Requirements of the Learning & Development Coordinator :
Experience in a Learning & Development or HR environment within a law firmAdept in coordinating lawyer or business services training and / or professional development programs and initiativesProven experience working as part of a global team, including across time zonesExperience working with a global learning managementKnowledge of continuing professional education rules and procedures#J-18808-Ljbffr
