Position – Service Engineer - Commercial Air Conditioning £55k

Company – Large National M&E provider with a national team of AC / HVAC / Refrigeration Service Engineers

Location – Oxford / Oxfordshire

Benefits – Up to £55k base, 40hrs + overtime if desired, choice of car or van avaiable, up to 14% pension contribution (depends on time served), up to 27 days + bank holidays, private health and medical.

The Role

A leading national mechanical engineering provider seeks an experienced HVAC Service and Maintenance Engineer to add to their Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service Team. You will be focused on Oxfordshire region commercial planned preventive maintenance contracts and emergency fault find and fix call outs on commercial HVAC VRF / VRV air conditioning systems from the main HVAC / air conditioning manufacturers.

Experience Required

You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems. Ideally you will be highly capable at fault find and fix. F-Gas, hydrocarbons, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications / certifications and manufacturer training would be an advantage especially NVQ level 2 or level 3. Great teamwork and communication skills are also important both from a client facing perspective and internal regional team cooperation to service contracts and resolve fault find and fix call outs both quickly and effectively. If you have worked your way up on the tools as an apprentice and are highly knowledgeable with or without Level 2 or Level 3 AC and refrigeration certifications then please still apply.

The Package

Initial indications are a base salary range from £45,000 to £55,000 for 40 hrs per week, overtime a company van or a car will be provided along with up to 14% pension contribution, private healthcare and dental. Furthermore, 27 days holiday + bank holidays.
