Overview
Facilities Engineer (Weekends) - Mars Wrigley at TieTalent. Permanent role with weekend shifts.

Plymouth (PL6 Estover)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate all critical facility plant for factory operations, including production air conditioning, boiler and steam supplies, air compressors, and central chiller plant.
- Work closely with the site reliability engineer to highlight concerns and ideas for future asset investment within the facility department; provide technical support for utility projects from planning through to implementation.
- Plan and schedule all legal inspections within the facility department and maintain full documentation.
- Manage reactive work, troubleshoot, and apply root-cause methodologies.
- Facility contract management duties including completion of risk assessments.
- Continuously improve the SAP PM system to ensure transactions are captured and robust.
- Drive reactive maintenance continuous improvement.
What we look for
Proven experience in diagnosing and fixing industrial boilers, steam pipework and water systems.Ability to troubleshoot pneumatics, compressors, chillers, boilers and dehumidifiers with minimal guidance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Electrical / Mechanical engineering qualifications such as served apprenticeship, HNC, NVQ or equivalent.Excellent organisational and strategic planning skills.Responsibilities and requirements
Shifts : Sat & Sun rotating days and nights 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am; 32 / 36 hours per week.Salary : £45,633 - £51,337 (inclusive of shift allowance).Company performance bonus 8%.Permanent position.Key responsibilities (additional)
