Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated support worker to join our team and make a positive impact in the community every day by empowering others to maintain their independence. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions. Responsibilities include assisting adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, communication and sensory impairments,complex social needs, and providing domiciliary care.

This role requires :
