Tiverton HSSU Hub | Sterile Services | Permanent contract | Full time

Up to £24,358.47 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm -10pm, alternating shifts every week. Weekends will be offered as overtime or TOIL depending on workloads. Between 7pm and 7am hours are paid at 30% enhancement rate, and weekends at 20%. Bank Holidays paid as double time if required with time back in lieu.

As a Process Technician at our hospital, you’ll bring a basic standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy skills. You’re organised with good communication skills – and ideally, you’re able to show evidence of sterile services training.

As a Process Technician, you will :

Help to ensure all equipment is in good working order

Regularly check medical equipment for damage and report any faults

Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

Take action to resolve any problems

Escalate issues where necessary

Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with our policies and procedures
