Residential Conveyancer - Darlington

A modern and forward-thinking law firm based in Darlington is seeking a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive, or fee earner to join its team.

This innovative law firm with two offices prides itself on offering a professional and friendly service. Client care is of utmost importance, which has allowed it to grow and serve its clients both locally and nationally.

The team, which consists of 13 and is spread across the two offices, works closely together, holding regular social events throughout the year. You will have previous experience handling a residential property caseload from inception through to post-completion and be able to work in a busy but supportive environment. The caseload is varied and will include :

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
• Extensive client contact
• Remortgages
• Leasehold flats
• New builds
• Transfers of Equity
