Factory Labourer – Flitwick

Newstaff Employment is hiring a reliable and hardworking Factory Labourer in Flitwick to support day-to-day factory operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone physically fit, safety-conscious, and keen to contribute to smooth and efficient production processes.

Location : Flitwick

Salary : £12.21 per hour

Working Hours : Monday to Thursday, 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm

Job Type : Temporary / Ongoing

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products
• Support production line activities and assembly processes
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
• Follow instructions and adhere to all health & safety guidelines
• Report equipment faults or operational issues promptly
• Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks
