Role Summary :

We are recruiting for a Business Analyst from a Real Estate background to work closely with departmental leads and subject matter experts to define and document business needs, across a variety of organisational technology initiatives. This role is important in translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable specifications that guide solution design and implementation and meet business expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and desired outcomes.
• Produce comprehensive needs definitions and deliverables scope, including functional requirements or feature user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews, and using own commercial property sector experience, to gather insights and validate needs.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
• Support prioritisation and scope definition for projects based on business value and feasibility.
