Our Customer

Our long established logistics client based Burton Upon Trent Staffordshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.

Job Description.

Work involves Class 2 HGV Driving work, with early morning starts (3am to 6am) for national deliveries to stores (approx 4 to 6 per shift) and possible nights out, which can also make things easier when doing the deliveries for set times etc.

Licence requirements :

  • HGV Class 2 Licence (Must have a minimum of 6 months experience and be over 25 years old for our clients insurance purposes)
  • Up to date CPC for your Class 2
  • Up to date Digi card for your Class 2

You Must :

  • Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
  • Be punctual
  • Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)
  • Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
  • Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift

    • Salary :

  • Monday to Friday per hour : £16.00 (Paye), £17.50 (Umbrella)

    • Saturdays - £18.00 ph (PAYE)...
