Stock and Ecommerce Manager – Sports Collectibles
We are partnering with a rapidly growing global business that specialises in authentic signed sports collectibles. They are looking for a proactive Stock and Ecommerce Manager to take full responsibility for stock management, product preparation, and online listings. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the entire process yourself, with the potential to grow into a leadership position as the business expands.
Responsibilities
- Receive new stock, check it for accuracy and condition, and record all details carefully
- Prepare products for sale by creating clear titles, taking high-quality photographs, and assigning them to the correct storage locations
- Keep the storage area organised, ensuring all items are labelled and easy to find
- List products online efficiently, working beyond standard hours when necessary to ensure items are available for sale quickly
- Regularly review inventory levels and resolve any differences between physical stock and records
- Analyse sales and stock data to support business decisions and optimise availability
- Work with the team to make sure products are ready for promotions or special campaigns
- Improve processes and maintain high standards across all inventory and listing activities
