Multi Trade Op

Are you a skilled tradesperson specialising in residential refurbishments? We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join an ongoing social housing contract in Leeds, focusing specifically on kitchen renewals.

The Role and Responsibilities :

Rip-outs & Preparation : Safely removing old units, suites, and tiles.

Carpentry & Joinery : Installing kitchen base / wall units, worktops (including mitred joins), and boxing in pipework.

Tiling & Patching : High-quality wall tiling and floor finishes, along with basic plaster patching to ensure a smooth finish.

Safety & Standards : Ensuring all work meets social housing quality standards and building regulations.

What You'll Need :

Significant experience in full kitchen installations.

Ideally NVQ Level 2 / 3 or time-served in joinery or plastering, with strong skills in secondary trades (Tiling / Plastering).

Valid CSCS card required for site access.

A full UK driving licence is essential for travel between properties.

Asbestos awareness and manual handling certification.

A polite and professional manner when working in occupied homes.
