What you'll lead :

The product vision, roadmap and P&L for Staffology, our cloud-native SaaS payroll platform

Delivery of strategic KPIs : +10% revenue growth, 5% churn reduction, and 30% AI-led efficiency gains

Development of AI-powered features, automations and predictive analytics for a next-gen payroll experience

Compliance excellence across HMRC regulations and multi-jurisdictional payroll environments

Go-to-market strategies, customer feedback loops, and collaboration across Engineering, Sales & Customer Success
