Salary : £30,250 per annum

The Role

You'll be responsible for visiting properties to carry out a range of field-based activities, including :

Conducting pre-disconnection and meter inspection visits in line with company and industry standards.

Engaging with customers to resolve issues, verify details, and negotiate fair payment solutions.

Attending court hearings to obtain Rights of Entry Warrants.

Supervising utility isolations alongside engineers and locksmiths.

Reporting vulnerabilities, safety concerns, and customer feedback accurately and promptly.

Ensuring visit reports are completed and submitted within agreed deadlines.

This role demands professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills - every visit offers an opportunity to make a genuine difference.

What You'll Need

Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years (maximum of 6 penalty points).

Clean DBS record and no CCJs or IVAs.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in debt recovery, customer service, or conflict resolution is desirable but not essential.

A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
