FORKLIFT DRIVER Counterbalance & Reach

Forklift drivers must have valid Counterbalance and Reach Licences.

Working hours :

Monday-Friday : 39 hours per week

Fixed mornings(5am-1pm) OR fixed afternoons (1pm-9pm) – depending on business needs

Pay rates :

£12.57- Standard rate (+20% premium for the hours worked outside of the company’s core hours – 8 : 00-16 : 30)

OT during weekdays :  £18.86

OT Saturday & Sunday :  £25.14

Role :

As a FLT driver you will be responsible for contributing towards operational best practices within a diverse team of people. Your duties will include :

Carrying out tasks as per instructions from warehouse team leader and supervisor / or as per process agreed with team leaders per day.

Performing all FLT checks before using

Operate trucks safely as per your training

Picking and packing

Loading & Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse

General warehouse duties

Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail
