🌙 The Role :

As a Registered Nurse – Nights, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support throughout the night. You’ll work closely with a skilled care team, overseeing clinical tasks and responding to residents’ needs with professionalism and compassion.

Key responsibilities include :

Delivering safe and effective nursing care during night shifts

Administering medications and carrying out clinical procedures

Monitoring and recording observations, care notes, and handovers

Supporting and guiding night care staff, ensuring high standards of care

Responding to emergencies and managing care plans as needed

Ensuring residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

👤 What We’re Looking For :

NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)

A team player with a kind and caring approach

Reliable, confident, and able to work independently on night shifts

Experience in elderly or dementia care is desirable but not essential
