A leading regional practice is seeking an experienced Private Client lawyer to strengthen its growing private client team. This role offers the chance to work on a high quality and varied private client caseload while contributing to the continued success of the private client department.

What you will be doing

  • Managing a broad range of private client matters to include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, tax planning and Court of Protection work.
  • Providing clear and supportive private client advice to clients and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Playing a role in business development and helping to shape the future of the private client department

What we are looking for

  • Solicitor, or Legal Executive, with at least 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work.
  • Excellent client care skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
  • A proven track record of fee earning and managing files effectively
  • STEP qualification is desirable, though not essential as training can be supported
