Pay Rate : £90 – £110+ per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a 1 : 1 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a school in Nottingham . As a 1 : 1 SEND TA, this role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with pupils with additional needs, support their learning and personal development, and contribute to an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities as a 1 : 1 SEND Teaching Assistant :

• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with SEND, tailoring learning activities to individual needs.
• Assist pupils with academic tasks, social skills, and personal development.
• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons suitable for the pupil’s needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement in learning.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher and SEND coordinator.
• Promote an inclusive and safe learning environment.
