Fire Alarm Engineer Location : East London (with travel across multiple sites)

Salary : £45,000 – £56,000 (DOE) + Paid Travel

The Role CBW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to work across a portfolio of high-end residential sites in East London. The role involves the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire alarm and life safety systems (no commissioning). Experience with Automatic Opening Ventilation (AOV) systems is highly desirable.

You will be required to travel between sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing a high standard of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems across multiple residential sites.

Carry out fault-finding and remedial works (excluding commissioning).

Inspect emergency lighting, interfaces, and other life safety systems.

Complete compliance reports and maintain documentation in line with BS 5839, BAFE, and FIA standards.
