Clinical Specialist (CS)

Our client works as a manufacturer of orthopaedic implantable devices for specialised patients across global markets.

They are now looking to grow their team with a clinical support role, supporting the sales team, to cover complex cases which is why extensive experience in surgical orthopaedic theatres is a must. Majority of the time will be spent in theatres to support consultants and theatre staff in these cases. This role will report into the National Sales Manager and will cover the SE London, Kent and Sussex region.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

• Must have at least 3 years, ideally 5 years, of surgical orthopaedic experience
• Demonstratable experience of presentational skills with modern media
• Demonstratable knowledge of customer service principles and processes
• Good understanding of business administrative procedures
  

Ideally, candidates will have:

• Surgical orthopaedic sales experience
• Proven experience in key account management
