Job description

This role operates on a three-week rotational shift pattern :

Week 1 : Sunday 11 : 00 PM 6 : 00 AM, Monday to Thursday 10 : 00 PM 6 : 00 AM
Week 2 : Monday to Thursday 2 : 00 PM 10 : 00 PM, Friday 1 : 00 PM 8 : 00 PM
Week 3 : Monday to Thursday 6 : 00 AM 2 : 00 PM, Friday 6 : 00 AM 1 : 00 PM

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Responsible for overseeing Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices .

Position Overview :

The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all production lines consistently meet quality standards, production targets, and efficiency expectations. A key part of the role involves rapid response to equipment breakdowns, identifying root causes, and implementing effective countermeasures to prevent recurrence. The position also involves mentoring less experienced staff and maintaining accurate records and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly and effectively to machinery breakdowns, using logical fault-finding techniques to identify and resolve root causes.

Collaborate with production teams to improve line efficiency, reduce error rates, and ensure product quality is consistently within specification.

Implement improvement initiatives and equipment modifications to enhance overall production performance.
