Are you passionate about teaching and looking for a structured, rewarding route into the profession? Our Future Teachers Programme is designed for recent graduates who are eager to gain invaluable classroom experience and take the first step toward becoming a qualified teacher. The programme is open to graduates in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Modern Foreign Languages, or Psychology.

This is a paid, full-time position where you will gain hands-on experience as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, while receiving guidance and mentorship to prepare you for your next steps in teacher training.

Programme Overview :

Classroom Experience :  As a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, you will support teachers in the delivery of lessons, provide 1 : 1 and small group support, and ensure the students stay on task.

Training & CPD :  You’ll receive tailored training in key teaching strategies, classroom management, and lesson delivery, as well as workshops on educational theory, safeguarding, and special educational needs.
