What you'll be doing :

As a Delivery Driver Trainer, you'll provide engaging and informative training sessions to help our delivery drivers carry out their duties safely, efficiently, and in line with legal and company requirements. Your training will focus on areas including :

Safe and compliant delivery of shipments

Correct manual handling techniques

Vehicle checks and defect reporting

On-road behaviour and driving safety

Personal safety and customer care

Understanding and following traffic regulations

You'll deliver training remotely and occasionally in person, using interactive methods and digital platforms to ensure maximum impact.
