Job descriptionReporting into the Project Director Pre-construction work through to completion Liaison with client and external consultants Responsible for the programme and managing the site team Trades background or HNC in Construction Management Experience working on facade & fire remediation projects from start to finish Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Background working for a main contractor Knowledge of building processes, including general Building Regulations SMSTS First aid qualified CSCS card holder at Manager level Safety trained in Construction Site Safety
