Your Mission

• Report to the Sustainability and Social Impact Lead, assist in executing and managing the Social Compliance Program at On.
• Manage supplier audit scheduling, engage and work with suppliers on remediating workplace issues through corrective action plans.
• Involve in capacity building programs internally and externally.
• Analyze and consolidate supply chain data for reporting and disclosure.
• Collaborate with internal partners on driving excellent performance in social compliance.
