My client are a well known FMCG manufacturer in the Droitwich area and are looking for an Engineering Team Leader with experience in a similar, fast paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities :

People management & Development

Overseeing an engineering team of up to 10 people

Developing, improving and implementing engineering processes

PPM Planning and scheduling

Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

Experience managing an engineering team

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to train and develop junior engineers

NVQ / Apprenticeship trained (Beneficial)
