Due to this ongoing expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Personal Tax Senior to join their established and collaborative team. This is a modern firm with a strong focus on people, relationships, and long-term development. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a varied personal tax portfolio, including high-net-worth individuals, company directors, partners, and business owners. The role will involve preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns, dealing with advisory queries, identifying tax planning opportunities, and ensuring compliance work is completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with clients, building trusted relationships and acting as a key point of contact, providing clear and proactive advice. There will also be opportunities to support and mentor junior members of the team as the department continues to develop. The ideal candidate will be ATT or CTA qualified or studying, or QBE with relevant experience, and will have a background in personal/private client tax within an accountancy practice. Strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively are essential.
