A leading UK engineering and services business is seeking an experienced Account Director to oversee the delivery of a prestigious facilities management contract. This is a high-impact, fixed-term opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

The Role

As Account Director, you will take full ownership of service delivery, financial performance, and client relationships for this flagship contract. You’ll lead both resident and mobile teams, ensuring excellence in technical service, compliance with KPIs / SLAs, and the development of strong, strategic customer partnerships.

This is a highly visible leadership role where your expertise will directly influence the success of a nationally significant site.

Key Responsibilities

• Full accountability for financial performance, including gross profit, WIP, and aged debt.
• Ensure consistent achievement of contract KPIs and SLAs through regular performance reviews.
