We are looking for experienced Claimant Costs Draftspersons' / Costs Lawyers who specialise in court of protection and want to continue to grow their costs careers.

Main duties and responsibilities : Drafting bills of costs (using CostsMaster drafting software) in both traditional and electronic (Precedent S) formatPreparing Costs Budgets in form Precedent H in accordance with Departmental requirements / workstreamsManaging your own caseload dealing with complex matters.Client care and business development

What we need from you : Minimum of 2 years' experience in costs – inhouse or external costs.Experience in bill drafting, budgeting and negotiations.Knowledge of CostsmasterDesire to grow and develop.Happy to discuss consultancy arrangements for the right candidate.
