A successful and fast-expandingpany based in Wythenshawe (close to Manchester Airport) are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their small fast-paced finance department. This position suits someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, canfortably manage multiple tasks at once, and enjoys contributing to a supportive, team‑focused workplace
Your new role
A busy department and collaborative 'hands on' team, you will provide a pivotal role in the finance department within Purchase Ledger and carry out various tasks which includes : Manually process, allocate and code supplier invoices to the correct cost centres -Keep supplier details in Xero updated and consistent across all records -Support the tracking, documentation, and registration of fixed asset purchases -Highlight and report any invoices or purchases that appear irregular or unauthorised -Support the wider team when required with Credit control and various tasks-Carry out general finance administrative duties as and when required
