Job descriptionAt least 2 years' experience managing and supervising staff. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). Proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings in previous roles. As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and stable environment, providing outstanding care, and serving as a role model for both staff and children alike.

To support you in this important role, the school is offering a £5,000 relocation bonus for candidates willing to relocate.
\n
This position comes with a competitive base salary and the potential to earn up to £18,000 in annual performance bonuses, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility is linked to home occupancy and achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted inspections.
