Residential Property Solicitor — Oxford / Hybrid

The Role :

You’ll manage a  mixed residential conveyancing caseload  (including  high-value transactions ) from instruction to post-completion, while helping to  develop the practice .

Key responsibilities

• Acting for buyers and sellers on  freehold and leasehold  sales and purchases
• Reviewing, drafting and amending  contracts, deeds, reports and client letters
• Title review , raising / answering enquiries, submitting  searches and handling  HMLR  formalities
• Managing  exchange, completion and post-completion  (SDLT, AP1 / OS, requisitions)
• Advising on  remortgages ,  mortgage redemption ,  transfers of equity and  secured lending
