We are currently looking for a Court of Protection Caseworker to join our Private Client department at our Birmingham office. This role is suitable for someone who is compassionate, organized, and has a strong sense of responsibility, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives. If you’re looking to support individuals who are unable to manage their financial affairs, helping them live with dignity and independence, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Court of Protection Caseworker, you will play a vital role in managing the financial affairs of those who lack capacity to do so themselves. You will work alongside a supportive team of about 10 people in our Private Client Department, backed by administrative and secretarial support, all dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals.

Experience & Skills Required
While prior experience as a Court of Protection caseworker is not essential, we are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas. Your expertise can come from hands-on experience rather than formal qualifications. This role would be ideal for individuals who have volunteered or worked as a charity or church treasurer, local housing officer, bank cashier, or in similar positions.
