On behalf of our client, we’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join their Plymouth-based team.
The Role :
As a Team Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused property services. You’ll be leading a team of multi-skilled operatives, including tradespeople, cleaners, and gardeners (depending on the area), to uphold high standards and ensure efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities :
- Leading and motivating your team to ensure consistent quality and improvement.
- Embedding a strong health and safety culture, with full legislative compliance.
- Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to team members.
- Driving operational excellence and enhancing the customer experience.
