Are you an experienced Pub Manager looking for your next opportunity?

We're seeking a hands‑on, motivated and people‑focused leader to take the reins of a busy, well‑loved pub on the outskirts of Southampton.

\nAbout the Role\n

As Pub Manager, you'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the venue, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth running of the bar and restaurant areas, and leading a positive, hardworking team.

\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n

• Managing and motivating the front‑of‑house team
\n
• Ensuring exceptional guest experience at all times
\n
• Overseeing stock control, ordering and cellar management
\n
• Maintaining compliance with licensing, health & safety and company standards
\n
• Managing rotas, recruitment and staff development
\n
• Assisting with local marketing, events, and driving business performance
\n

\nWhat We're Looking For\n

• Previous pub or hospitality management experience
\n
• Strong leadership and communication skills
\n
• A proactive, calm‑under‑pressure approach
\n
• Passion for great service and community‑focused hospitality
\n
• Good financial awareness and organisational skills
\n
