Responsibilities :
Commission, service, and maintain a range of energy and mechanical systems, including electric boilers, commercial heat pumps, CHP systems, MVHR, HIUs, and metering equipmentInspect and verify installer work, including detailed installation checks, cable routing, and overcurrent protectionEnsure all equipment is installed and maintained in line with manufacturer specifications and industry standardsDiagnose and resolve faults across the full product portfolioSet up and support metering systems, including M-Bus and Modbus connectionsWork with MVHR systems using data wiring similar to RS485Support Gas Safe engineers when required on joint tasksCommunicate professionally with clients, delivering high levels of customer serviceComplete accurate service reports and documentation via a CRM systemMaintain strict health and safety compliance at all timesParticipate in ongoing CPD training to maintain technical competence and certificationsRequirements :
Valid ECS cardFull UK driving licenceLevel 3 electro-technical qualificationLevel 3 NVQ (or equivalent)AM2 certificationCurrent BS7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations) qualificationStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel across Scotland, with occasional overnight stays (up to 4 days per month)If you are an experienced Mobile Engineer looking for a technically diverse role with strong earning potential, apply today
