Works Manager

Our engineering client is looking for an experienced Works Manager for their fabrication factory. It is essential that you have Team Leader / Management experience as well as being a competent TIG Welder using stainless tubular material.

Whilst around 60% of the working time will be spent on the shop floor TIG Welding, the remainder will be spent in a senior operational role.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing activities, staff and production processes within the fabrication factory. This will include :

• leading and supervising production teams.
• Project Coordination
• Health & Safety Compliance
• Quality Control
• Budgeting & Cost Control

40 hours per week, Mon to Thur 8am to 5pm with a 2pm finish on Friday...
