I am currently working with a Financial Services client on an exciting Delivery Lead opportunity. This role is pivotal in delivering system enhancements and upgrades across various business functions. You will manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery while engaging with a diverse set of internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of system-related projects across Finance, HR, Compliance, and other departments.
• Manage both small-scale enhancements and larger system implementations.
• Take ownership of existing projects in flight and ensure smooth continuation.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Provide consultative input and challenge constructively to drive effective change.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
