Cyber Strategy and Transformation Specialist

Location : London (hybrid)

Salary : up to £100,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

In this role, you’ll work with senior stakeholders and executives to design and deliver pragmatic, business-led cyber strategies. You’ll help organisations build resilience, meet regulatory requirements, and navigate complex transformation programmes that enable new, digitally driven business models.

You’ll be part of a high-performing practice with significant growth ambitions, where you’ll gain exposure to some of the most challenging and rewarding cyber projects in the market.

What You’ll Do

• Advise executives and senior leaders on developing and implementing cyber strategies.
• Lead or support large-scale cyber transformation programmes.
• Design governance frameworks and risk-based roadmaps to improve cyber maturity.
• Support clients in achieving regulatory compliance and embedding cyber into business enablement.
• Manage delivery teams and projects in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
